Call for Volunteers

CAPS is entirely volunteer-run and is ready to welcome new members who are committed to our children’s education. Like many organizations, CAPS was significantly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and never fully recovered. For the last few years, fundraisers have been planned, organized,  and executed primarily by our Board members and a small handful of volunteeres. Unfortunately, this is neither efficient nor sustainable for the type of fundraising required for us to effectively carry out our mission.

There are many pieces involved in putting together our fundraisers, but “many hands make light work.” We are always looking for volunteers willing to offer their skills, time, and passion to our cause. We have big jobs and little jobs, from creating graphic art and producing promotional materials; to contacting potential event sponsors and auction item donors; to entering package descriptions on our online auction platform and setting/cleaning up in-person events. Whatever your skill set and availability, we have a place for you.
